Live Product

Sales, inventory & accounting SaaS for publishers, distributors and stock-heavy traders

Real-time
Balance & dues
Per-title
Stock tracking
Multi-org
One login

Overview

artho.app started as bespoke accounting software for one publisher and became the multi-tenant SaaS that now runs their entire operation. Every order, expense and payment lands in a single ledger, so the balance on the dashboard is the balance in the drawer. Each title carries its own stock timeline — supplied, sold, specimen, in hand — so you can see exactly where inventory went without reconciling a spreadsheet. Expenses break down by category, dues are tracked per customer, and branded invoices generate straight from an order. The whole interface runs in Bangla and English.

Inside artho.app

Real screens from the live product — and what each one does.

artho.app — Counter to cashbook
01Counter to cashbookThe public site. Artho's pitch is the whole loop rather than one ledger: sales, inventory, dues, expenses, employees, accounting, tax and reporting in one workflow — and control that holds across every company you run.
artho.app — Business dashboard
02Business dashboardThe daily view for one organization. The balance trend charts where cash has moved, previous against current balance names the change in taka, and the transaction table below switches between orders, expenses and payments — every order showing its line items, total, paid, discount and whether it is settled or still due.
artho.app — Order entry
03Order entryTaking an order at the counter. Search products and each result carries its live price and remaining stock; the customer field autocompletes from existing records; and company, courier expense, memo number, date, payment type, method and a comment are all captured before submit — so the order, the stock movement and the receivable are recorded in one action.
artho.app — Where the money goes
04Where the money goesExpenses for a date range, totalled and split by category. The pie gives the shape at a glance — packet booking, transport, printing, salaries — and the breakdown beside it lists the exact taka figure per category, so an outlier is one look away.
artho.app — Expense patterns
05Expense patternsThe same spend read two other ways: by day of the week, which exposes the heavy purchase days, and as a daily timeline where each spike is traceable. Below sits the searchable ledger, with every entry tagged to its employee, supplier and company.
artho.app — Stock per title
06Stock per titleOne book's full history: 169 in stock of 2,736 supplied, 1,980 sold across 215 orders, 587 given as specimen, and the average selling price. The movement timeline plots stock, supplied, sold and specimen together, with the order, supply and specimen history listed underneath.
artho.app — Customer account
07Customer accountA single customer's standing: 35 orders, ৳400,000 paid, and ৳883,224 still outstanding, flagged in red. The order timeline shows the buying rhythm over months, with tabs for order history, payment history and product frequency — enough to decide whether to extend more credit.
artho.app — Invoices
08InvoicesThe print-ready invoice generated from an order: branded header, bill-to details, memo number, every line item with quantity, unit price and total, courier expense added in, then the payment summary — total, paid and due — with the payment history kept alongside it.
