Overview
What artho.app does
Most shops know today's cash; few know this month's profit. artho.app started as bespoke software for one publisher, Infinity Publication, and became the multi-company SaaS that now runs its entire operation. Orders are taken at the counter with live stock checks and a cash, paid and due split, and each one posts its own balanced journal entry the moment it is saved — a credit sale debits receivables and credits revenue and VAT in the same instant. Supplier stock is costed on weighted average, customer dues are tracked to the taka, and the day closes itself at 23:59 with its balance chained to the next. Trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and inventory valuation are simply there. Nothing is ever deleted: edits post as reversals with a full audit trail, and amounts are stored as whole paisa so rounding errors can't creep in.
