How is this different from RPA?
Classic RPA clicks through screens and breaks the moment a UI changes. Agents work against APIs and data, reason about unstructured input like email and PDFs, and hand off to a human when they are unsure. Where you already run RPA bots, we usually keep them and put an agent in front to handle the judgement calls.
Will our data be used to train someone's model?
No. We use enterprise API tiers with training disabled by default, and for sensitive workloads we deploy open models inside your own cloud or on-prem. Data residency and retention get written into the contract, not assumed.
How long before we see anything real?
The audit takes a week. A first workflow is normally live in production within four to six weeks, because we deliberately pick a narrow one first and measure it against a baseline.
What does it cost?
