Inside Course37 LMS
Real screens from the live product — and what each one does.
The marketing siteThe public homepage a Course37 tenant ships with. One headline — ten thousand students, one platform — and a switcher for the three ways people run education: coaching centre, individual educator, online academy. The scattered notes around it (a stream key text file, a Telegram batch group, a results spreadsheet, a WhatsApp doubt queue) name the tool sprawl Course37 replaces.
Plans and limitsPublic pricing in BDT across four tiers. Each card states its hard numbers up front — courses, students, storage and video limits — then the feature line: custom domain on every plan, white label from Starter, advanced analytics and API access higher up. No quote-only tiers to decode.
Organization dashboardThe operator's home screen for a live academy: ৳1,686,161 collected across 5,597 payments, 100% collection health with nothing pending, 9,107 students at a 910:1 student-teacher ratio, and academic depth measured as questions per course. Below it, real-time website analytics with an hourly traffic curve and the next scheduled live classes.
Course catalogAll twenty courses in one table — thumbnail, class tag, current price with the struck-through original, start date and publish status. Filter by status or tag, sort by last updated, and either build a course from scratch or import an existing one.
Books and merchandiseCourse37 sells more than courses. This is the product catalog for books, merchandise and digital downloads: author and publisher, physical or digital-only type, price, stock on hand, sales and download counts. Physical stock and digital delivery are tracked on the same row.
One content libraryEvery asset the organization owns in one place, tabbed by videos, exams, live classes, assignments, PDFs, questions and AI chats. The live-class view shows what is upcoming with a Start button and what has already ended, filtered by course, module or batch, with auto scheduling for recurring classes.
Exam builderA chemistry exam being assembled question by question. Drag to reorder, click to edit, import a set or generate many at once — and each row carries its own performance record: submissions, attempts and accuracy, so weak questions are obvious before the next batch sits the exam.
Student managementAll 7,591 enrolled students with generated ID and roll, the courses or books they hold, their payment state and last activity. Bulk tools sit on top: import from CSV, export to Excel, fix duplicate rolls, and create a payment against any student without leaving the list.
Payments ledgerMoney in, split the way finance actually needs it: online versus cash, total received, pending due, discount given and gross price. Every one of the 5,597 rows keeps its customer, product, installment, method — cash or SSLCOMMERZ — status and printable receipt.
Revenue analyticsPer-course revenue reconstruction: listed price times enrollments, minus discount, equals what was actually collected. The donut breaks enrollments down by the price each student truly paid, collection and due show how much is still outstanding, and bought-together and enrolled-together reveal which courses sell as a pair.
Visual website editorThe tenant's public site edited component by component, with a live preview at any viewport width. The hero carousel is selected here, exposing every property — slides, autoplay, overlay opacity, transition duration — as either a form or raw JSON, with an AI prompt to generate the JSON for you.
Page templatesThe same editor on the course-detail template, so one edit changes every course page. Content fields control real behaviour — whether the enroll button opens online checkout or shows a phone number, and what it says — with separate style and advanced groups, and a draft state to publish when ready.
Website analyticsBuilt-in traffic analytics, no third-party dashboard required: 4,898 visitors, 239.1K page views, 32.2K sessions, a 10m 54s average session and a 0.23% bounce rate over 90 days, plotted daily, with deeper tabs for audience, acquisition, behaviour, technology and SEO.
Where students come fromThe geography view of that same traffic — a district-level map of Bangladesh with a dot per cluster, top countries ranked by share, and the new versus returning split that tells you whether growth is reach or retention.
IntegrationsTwelve of twenty integrations live: email and SMS, payment gateways, courier services for physical book delivery, and the analytics and identity stack — Google Authentication, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console and Meta Pixel — each toggled on from its own card.
Usage and subscriptionThe plan page an admin checks before growing: current plan and billing period, then a meter for every resource — courses, videos, exams, questions, students, storage and monthly bandwidth — against its limit. Students shows critical at 9,107 of 3,000, which is exactly when to upgrade.
